I build marketing systems for businesses that have something worth selling and no machine to sell it with.
The product's usually fine. What's missing is the machine: the offer, the funnel, the emails, the automations, the follow-up that happens whether anyone remembers to do it or not.
I build the whole thing, then document it so it keeps running when nobody's watching.
This site is the workshop. What I've built, why I built it that way, and the parts that got ugly before they worked.
You've got a business to run, so I'll keep this short.
I'm Josh. Years before I knew the words for any of it, I was running my first offer — snacks sold to classmates, with the leverage that if you didn't buy from me, you weren't copying my test paper. Crude. Effective. I've been building better versions of that same instinct ever since.
These days it's marketing systems. I find what your customers are actually fighting, then build the machine around it — the offer, the funnel, the emails, the automations — and document it so it keeps running when nobody's watching. Product ladders that walk a $27 buyer up to a $1,250 client. Campaigns that ship while the news is still news. Content systems that took a creator from 97 views to 438,000.
Here's what I believe, and it's cost me a few arguments: most businesses don't have a marketing problem. They have a system problem. More ads won't fix a broken offer. Better captions won't fix follow-up that doesn't exist.
I'd rather kill my own idea than let a client pay for my ego. If you built something you actually care about, we'll get along.

Want someone to look at your marketing?
Start with an audit. I'll go through your offer, funnel, emails and tracking, then tell you what's working, what's leaking, and what I'd fix first. If the honest answer is “you don't need me,” you'll hear that too.
