Work With Me
Three ways to put my brain on your business
I work with founders and small teams who've built something real — a product with actual customers, or at least an actual plan — and need the marketing machine around it: the offer, the funnel, the emails, the ads, the automations, working as one system instead of a pile of disconnected tactics. If that's you, there are three doors. They're arranged in order of commitment, and most people walk through the first one.
Marketing Systems Audit
Best if
Something's not working and you're not sure what — or things are fine and you suspect they could be far better.
I go through your marketing the way I'd audit my own clients' machines: your offer and pricing, your website and funnel, your emails and follow-up, your ads, your tracking. Then you get a straight-talking report — what's working, what's leaking, and what I'd build first if it were my money — plus a call to walk through it together. No sugar-coating, no 40-page PDF of padding, and no obligation to hire me for the fixes. Some people take the report and run with their own team. That's a win in my book — the report was the product.

Best if
You know what you need built — a funnel, a launch campaign, an email system, a lead qualification machine — and you want it designed, written, and wired end to end.
A Sprint is one defined build with a clear scope and a clear finish line. You've seen what these look like in the case studies: a three-product ladder with 35 emails behind it, a launch campaign with the ads and automations connected, a sorting machine that decides who gets your sales team's time. Strategy, copy, and build — one system, handed over documented and running.

Best if
You want a marketing brain in the business, month after month — someone who plans the moves, builds the systems, and directs the hands.
This is the closest thing to hiring a marketing department without hiring a department. I run your strategy and systems; my crew handles execution — and everything we build follows my house rule: documented, automated, built to outlive me. When the market moves (and it will), you've got someone whose job is to move with it. Limited seats on this one, for the honest reason that I'd rather do it properly for a few than badly for many.
Book a fit callWhat happens after you book
We talk (30 minutes, free).
You tell me what you've built and what's not working. I ask the questions I always ask. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so on the call — my time-wasting tolerance is famously low, including for my own time.
You get a plan, in writing.
Whichever door fits, you'll know exactly what's included, what it costs, and what "done" looks like before any money moves. What you don't say is the copy — and what isn't written down isn't a promise.
I load before I fire.
First real step of any engagement: I absorb everything — your product, your customers, your past attempts, your awkward details. Full context, then the move.
The machine gets built — and handed over.
Documented, automated, yours. I'm building toward the day you don't need me, which is exactly why people keep me around.
Questions people actually ask
Where are you based, and does the timezone work?
Pampanga, Philippines — which puts me in the same working day as Australia and in the evening overlap with the US. My current clients are in Sydney and California; nobody's waiting days for replies. Async-first (Loom walkthroughs, written docs, recorded updates), calls when it counts.
Do you do design, video editing, or website development?
I don't — and I won't pretend to. I direct a small crew (developer, editors, media hands) for execution, so builds ship complete. You deal with one brain; the work gets many hands.
What tools do you work in?
GoHighLevel is home base — funnels, emails, automations, CRM in one place. But the thinking transfers: if you're on another stack, the system design works the same.
Do you use AI?
Yes, openly. AI accelerates my drafting, research, and build speed — the judgment, strategy, and final word stay human and stay mine. You get senior-level thinking at unfair speed. (This site was built the same way.)
Can you guarantee results?
No — and be careful with anyone who says yes. What I guarantee: honest diagnosis, systems built properly and documented, and me telling you the truth even when it's not what I'd profit from. One of my case studies is literally about the time a customer's single sentence made me throw out my own strategy. That's the guarantee that matters.
I found you on Upwork — should I book here instead?
No — keep everything on Upwork. Their rules, and I follow them properly. This site is just here so you can see how I think before you hire me there.
Not sure which door?
Book the call anyway. Fifteen minutes in, we'll both know — and if the honest answer is “none of them,” I'll tell you that too.
